We compiled the most common questions we’ve received to help you understand our inventory, financing, warranty, and delivery services.

Are the products new or used?

Most are brand new with scratch or dent blemishes. Some are customer returns that were scratches or dented during delivery. We ensure that all products are functional.

What are the warranty guarantees?

New appliances come with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty. Customer returns usually have a 9-month to 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.

What is the store's warranty?

We give a 48-hour store warranty if something is defective for any reason. We will refund your money or replace the product.

How does financing work?

You pay $54.63 (Application fee for the financing company) and take the product home if approved for financing. We use three different companies (Snap, Acima, and Progressive). You have to be at least 18 years old, have a traditional checking account for 60 days, and an income of at least $1,000 per month to qualify. From there the finance company will approve you at between $300 and $4,000. They offer 90 – 100 days’ early payoff option to avoid any interest fees. The $54.63 is payable on a debit or credit card.

Why don’t the products come with power cords (accessories)?

New products don’t come with the cords. It is the same at all major appliance stores. We do sell them for half off retail to save you even more money.

Do we deliver and install?

Yes, we charge $50 to $100 depending on what is purchased and the distance of delivery. We do not install microwaves, dishwashers, wall ovens or gas appliances. We do have contacts of those who can install them.
